Order Status Portal explainer

The Search Bar can be used to search by the sales order number, account name, customer reference (your client reference), and customer requisition (your internal purchase order number).


The order status portal automatically refreshes every time you open the page. You can also manually refresh it by clicking the ‘Refresh’ button.

The Advanced Filter can be used to further filter your orders.

‘All’ shows all orders, regardless of the order status.

‘In Progress’ shows all open orders, including buy-ins.

‘On Hold’ shows all orders that are on hold.

‘Completed’ shows all orders that have been completed in production, dispatched, or delivered.


The Account Number field can be used to filter your orders by account number. You can select as many account numbers as required.


If you click the Sales Order Number it will bring up more details about the order, such as product details, wholesale price for each line, and delivery address.


If you click into the sales order number you will be able to view the Wholesale Price for each line.

Please note this feature is not activated for all users, if you cannot view the pricing but believe you should be able to, please contact NZWS Customer Services.

The Order Status column displays the status of your order. It is directly linked to our system so it will be updated with the latest status every time your order status portal is refreshed. The Order Status column will show when your order has been received/entered in our system, is in planning or in production, has been completed in production, has been dispatched or delivered, and any holds along the way.


The Estimated Dispatch Date is the date your order is due to be completed in production and dispatched from our factory. If this date is adjusted for any reason, the updated date will show in the Revised Dispatch Date column.


A ‘Dispatch Info’ box will appear next to your order containing dispatch information such as the delivery status, dispatch date, courier company, delivery address, and the tracking details/number. Click the box to view the info.

Please note that some couriers such as the NZWS Van, Now Couriers, Fliway, and Hamburger Transport will not automatically update the delivery status and they will show as ‘not available’ or will remain on ‘order completed’ or ‘in transit’.


A ‘More Info’ box will appear when we have made a note against your order, mainly regarding material shortage. Click the box to view the note.

Date Ordered From & Date Ordered To can be used to filter orders that were ordered between two dates. Both fields must be filled in for this filter to work correctly.

Manage Table Fields can be used to customise what fields are displayed on your order status portal. All fields can be added or removed.
